Perfect sweet and healthy snack to get you through the day!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups oats
- 1/4 cup chopped pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 2 scoops Chocolate Complete JUICE PLUS +
- 1 cup peanut butter or other but butter
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Melt wt ingredients over low heat, add dry mixture. Roll into balls then roll in shredded coconut. Refrigerate. Enjoy!
